There is a short narrated script for optional use as a Play in a Day, or general performance piece. The script briefly tells interesting and pertinent facts about Foster and each of the songs in this collection. The dialogue is added to give performance options to teachers who must stage musicals, but have little time for preparation and rehearsal.Some of the songs include: Old Folks at Home, Camptown Races and Some Folks Do.
