Short, easy to stage mini musicals and performance pieces with interchangeable rhyming scripts and minimal costume, set, and staging requirements will be presented. A YEAR IN SONGA multitude of music for the whole year! Plan your entire year of music with this presentation of selections for holidays, special events, and commemorative occasions. Rhythm activities, partner songs, musicals about famous composers, and classic chorals for children are among the exciting selections featured in this session. BUILDING CHORAL EXCELLENCE IN BEGINNING CHOIRSCome sing with us in a workshop that will provide your students with a sound vocal foundation and immediate success as they begin their choral journey. A sequential approach to choral development will be shared beginning with simple rounds, partner songs, call and response, echoing, and building to traditional two part choral literature.

Mastering the National Standards with music that is certain to inspire, motivate and educate upper elementary and middle school students. Contest material, classics for changing voice, choreography, and musical plays are just a few of the highlights of this session filled with music designed and written specifically for this age level. Puttin' on the Kidz- Setting the Stage for Success!
Everything you need to know for presenting successful musicals for youth. Repertoire, casting, costuming, staging and a plethora of useful information will be shared with attendees. In addition, the workshop will include a demonstration highlighting scenes from successful musicals presented live by elementary students.
